Greenlight Guru, a medical device quality management system software platform, announces the California dates for its 2019 True Quality Roadshow.
The roadshow which was created in response to the FDA’s case for quality program, aims to bring industry stakeholders and medical device professionals together in eight cities across the country in order to shift the focus from a compliance stance to a focus on quality maturity. The roadshow will be hosted in medical device hubs located in San Francisco, Orange County and San Diego.
Networking events and panel discussions will be included within the roadshow. There will be a particular focus on the best practices for attaining ‘true quality’ medical devices, the European Union medical device regulations, and the current state of the medical device industry.
Jon Speer, founder and vice president of quality assurance/regulatory affairs, Greenlight Guru will also be in attendance, alongside industry partners from ICS, HAX, Research Collective, Acknowledge Regulatory Strategies and Johnson & Johnson Innovation’s healthcare incubator, JLABS.
Speer commented: “The True Quality Roadshow aims to become a leading destination for the exchange of best practices, venues for networking and career growth, and the celebration of the industry embracing quality.
“Coming off the heels of our partnership with FDA to help promote the benefits of their case for quality initiative, the roadshow furthers our mission to help improve the quality of life by helping device makers imagine, introduce and advance higher quality devices faster, with less risk.”
