Since Shawpak’s inception in 2014 it has always been the intention to eventually become a Limited company.
Shawpak
The directors of Riverside Medical have decided to de-merge Shawpak from Riverside, following the company’s growth over the last decade, splitting the operations into two separate legal trading entities which will result in the trading activities of Shawpak transferring to Shawpak Limited.
Operationally, there will be no changes and day-to-day work will continue as normal. There will be a more positive effect for future prospects knowing Shawpak are a standalone company, which ensures confidence and growth.
Tony Crofts, sales director, said: “Shawpak demerging from Riverside Medical Packaging and becoming an independent Limited Company is testament to the unique machine range and rapid growth over the past six years. In order to continue the growth planned for Shawpak, it was vital to become independent. This is an incredibly exciting time for the business and all of the team members working at Shawpak.”
Shawpak will be back for another year exhibiting at Med-Tech Innovation on 5-6th June in Birmingham. The company is excited to showcase the latest medical packaging machinery in Hall 2, Stand F1
